Overlooking giant by CogitoErgoRum Overlooking giant by CogitoErgoRum
Here's another shot from the now famous hike to Rifugio Palmieri.
I got struck by the majesty of the mountains while walking in the "high valley" (I don't know if a translation even exists) on our way to the hut (that is "rifugio"), and by the blue of the sky, even though it appears almost black because of the polarizer. Anyway I find dark skies very...stirring, in a strange way: maybe because they make me feel nearer to space, thence to the stars....or some psychological implications of this kind or whatever. Astonishing places, anyway.
